OUTBOUND, END TO END

Outbound that runs itself — and still asks before it sends.

Give Unilead your website. It works out who buys from you, finds those people, verifies every address, writes each email in your voice, and sends from mailboxes we warm and run for you. You approve the list and the copy first — every campaign, every time.

Plans from $99/month — finding the leads is included. Cancel anytime.

THE SIX MOVES

From a URL to a campaign that’s already earning replies.

The same sequence a good outbound team runs — research, targeting, sourcing, verification, copy, send — except it happens in one pass and you review it instead of managing it.

  1. Step 01

    It reads your business

Point Unilead at your website. It comes back with what you sell, who it thinks buys it, and the evidence behind that guess. Anything it misread, you correct in a sentence.

  2. Step 02

    It draws the target list

You get segments in plain English — the kind of company, the person inside it, and why that person has the problem you solve. Keep the ones that ring true, delete the rest.

  3. Step 03

    It finds the actual people

Owners, founders and department heads at real companies — including the contractors, clinics, studios and independent retailers that never appear in tools built on one professional network.

  4. Step 04

    It verifies before it queues

Every address is checked before it can be sent to. Anything that can't be confirmed is dropped rather than gambled on. Bounces are a deliverability bill you pay later.

  5. Step 05

It writes each email in your voice

Short, specific, and anchored to something true about the recipient's business. You read the exact message each lead will get — and edit any line of it — before approving.

  6. Step 06

It sends, then handles the replies

Sending runs on warm mailboxes we own and maintain. Replies land in one inbox with a response already drafted and held for you, booking link attached.

WHY THIS ONE

Three things the rest of the category gets wrong.

One price

No credits. No meter.

Finding the leads, verifying them, the mailboxes, the warm-up and the sending are all inside the plan. You never buy enrichment rows, top up a balance mid-campaign, or find out a campaign stalled because a counter hit zero.

Different data

Past the LinkedIn ceiling.

Most outbound tools resell the same professional-network index, which is why your prospects get the same six emails a week. Unilead also works the open web and mapped local businesses — where the buyers nobody has emailed yet actually are.

Your call

Nothing sends unreviewed.

The lead list, the copy, and every automated reply pass through a gate you hold. It's on by default. Turn it off for a campaign once you trust what it's producing — that's your decision, not a setting we made for you.

DELIVERABILITY

The boring parts we refuse to get wrong.

Most outbound doesn’t fail because the copy was weak. It fails because a quarter of the list was invalid, the sending domain burned in week two, and nobody noticed until the replies stopped. These are the defaults, not an upgrade.

Verified-only queue

An address that fails verification never enters a send. No 'probably fine' sends.

Bounce guardrail

If a campaign's bounce rate crosses 4%, it pauses itself and tells you — before the damage reaches your sending reputation.

Conservative send caps

Each mailbox is capped at 18 cold sends a day. Volume comes from more warm mailboxes, never from pushing one of them harder.

Suppression that sticks

Opt-outs, existing customers and anyone you've excluded are honored across every campaign in the workspace — not per-campaign, where they get missed.

AUTOPILOT

It keeps the campaigns fed so you don’t have to.

A campaign that works burns through its list. Left alone, that’s the week your pipeline quietly goes flat. Autopilot watches the portfolio and moves before that happens.

See what’s included
  • Refills before the list runs dry

New leads are sourced and verified against the same segment while the campaign is still sending, not after it stops.

  • Moves budget toward what replies

Send volume shifts across your live campaigns based on reply quality. The total you're paying for doesn't change — where it lands does.

  • Stops what isn't working

A campaign spending without producing replies gets paused and reported, with the reason attached.

PRICING

One number a month. Everything inside it.

Every plan includes finding the leads, verifying them, the managed sending fleet, per-lead copy, reply handling and Autopilot. Pick the volume, not the feature list.

QUESTIONS

The things people ask before they start.

What do you actually need from me to start?+

Your website. Unilead drafts your company profile and a first set of target segments from it, and you correct anything it got wrong. If you'd rather describe your market in your own words instead, you can do that too.

Do I have to bring my own mailboxes and domains?+

No. Sending runs on warm mailboxes and domains we provision and maintain for you, so your primary domain is never the thing being risked. If you already have infrastructure you'd rather send from, you can connect it.

How is this different from buying a list and loading a sequencer?+

A bought list is a snapshot someone else already sold to everyone in your category, and a sequencer doesn't care whether the addresses are real. Unilead builds the list against your specific offer, verifies every address itself, and writes per-recipient copy — then keeps the campaign fed as it burns through leads.

Will I see the emails before they go out?+

Yes. Both the lead list and the exact copy each lead receives are held for your approval, and you can edit any of it. Once you've approved a campaign's copy, you can let subsequent batches go without stopping for you.

What happens when someone replies?+

Replies come into one inbox with a suggested response already written and held for a review window you set. You edit, approve, or write your own. Nothing is sent to a prospect on your behalf without that window.

Can I use my own leads?+

Yes — import a list and it goes through the same verification and copy pipeline as leads Unilead sources itself.

Is cold email legal?+

B2B outreach is lawful in most markets when you identify yourself honestly, have a legitimate reason to contact that business, and make opting out easy — all of which Unilead does by default. Requirements vary by country, and how you use it is your responsibility, so check the rules for the markets you sell into.

What if it isn't working?+

Plans are monthly and you can cancel. If a campaign is spending without producing replies, Autopilot pulls budget off it and tells you why rather than quietly continuing.
